Job
aim:
In line with Country Plan objectives, to plan, promote
and deliver a closely integrated programme of promotional
activities and events in support of the Prime Minister's
Initiative and a programme of high level events to position
the UK as an influential source in education reform in
Venezuela.
Duties:
1.
To deliver high quality educational product and services
to external customers and clients, which meet their educational
needs and interests and enable the British Council to
increase the number of students studying in the UK in
support of Prime Minister's Initiative
2. To arrange and deliver a high quality programme in
support of the Venezuelan government's education reform
agenda intended to demonstrate the commitment of the UK
to developing lasting, mutually beneficial relationships
3. To manage with accuracy the Education budget, ensuring
that all activities and events come within agreed budget,
and participate and provide reliable information in all
the financial processes in the office
4. To manage the finances for ELT Placement scheme
5. To supervise actively the exchange schemes administrations
in the office
6. To manage one member of staff
Working
hours: 8 - 4 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Starting
salary: Bs. 1,375,000 per month
